Products are subject to availability. Prices are as listed on our website and does not include taxes or delivery charges. The Prices may vary without any prior notice. By submitting order and payment details, Customers are consenting to be bound by Sellers Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on any canceled orders.
Cancellations requests may be sent via email, phone call, or text message and will be approved as applicable and/or a Sai flowers team representative will call you to discuss. As needed, representatives are able to assist with urgent order adjustments and cancellation requests as well.
Limited Liability
To the full extent permitted by Law, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for by the Buyer. In no event shall seller be liable to buyer for any incidental, consequential, indirect, statutory, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, loss business opportunities, damage to good will or reputation, or loss of data, arising out of, or as a result of, the sale, delivery, servicing, use or loss of the products sold hereunder, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages could have been reasonably foreseen.
